Film Consultant
Meet your consultant.
Kerry David brings more than 25 years of industry experience to her filmmaking and consulting work. Her career began in Business Affairs at Paramount Pictures, learning the contract side of the business, followed by three years working with Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman on their many projects around the world.
Since then, she has produced, written or directed 55 projects, navigated festivals around the world and distribution deals, and in the early 2000s founded IndieProducer, one of the first online film communities that supported new and emerging filmmakers, which she grew to over 86,000 members. She understands the uncertainty of filmmaking and the many challenges filmmakers face because she still makes films today.
